
Following its successful relaunch of Harding & Yorke’s web site last year, Right Dynamic has secured the contract to produce the customer service expert’s new quarterly publication, the Empathy Prophet, following a competitive tender.
‘We are thrilled to be editing and producing a new journal,’ commented Richard Dinnick, Right Dynamic’s Managing Director. ‘Publishing is my first love and we always relish the prospect of a new magazine, newsletter or periodical.’
Produced on a quarterly basis, the highly exclusive journal will be limited to a print run of 500, the majority of which will be targeted at 250 of the UK’s most influential business people.
Each edition will feature exclusive, proprietary information from Harding & Yorke’s ERIC Benchmarking programme as well as case studies, industry comment and undercover reporting.
The first issue of the Empathy Prophet will be published in late July.
Right Dynamic has a solid track record of producing contract publications for the likes of Kall Kwik (its B2b Customer magazine), Save the Children (its internal 'shops toolkit') and the BBC (the 60th Anniversary of D-Day press pack).
