About Us

Right Dynamic is an unusual company. We don’t apologise for that. Indeed, we think it’s one of our strengths.

We believe that getting a handle on how your business and the industry it operates in is crucial to delivering our usual high standard
But, we are also interested in people.
In the increasingly homogenised world of business, it is an organisation’s people that really help differentiate it from the competition.

The same is true of us; our team is our most vital collateral.

Our team leader is Richard Dinnick. He started Right Dynamic as a sole trader and operated that way, using a trusted network of freelancers until the company was incorporated in 2005 and we started taking on employees.

We are located in Leominster, in Herefordshire, but we travel nationwide to meet with and service our clients, including Save the Children, Whitbread plc, The European Lawyer, Thomas Miller and Kall Kwik.
